McGill is excited to announce that we are hosting a community tour day at Charleston County’s Bees Ferry Composting Facility on April 29th.
Come learn how your food scraps and yard waste are transformed into premium compost that can be used on your lawn or in your garden. Tours will last approximately 45 minutes and will be held at 9, 10, and 11 am.
Registration is required. RSVP to the time slot you prefer.

Personal protective equipment will be supplied. You must wear closed-toe shoes to participate, and we recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
FREE COMPOST! This event is BYOB! Bring-Your-Own-Bucket and leave with McGill Bees Best Premium Compost. You may bring up to two 5-gallon buckets to fill for free after the tour.
Rain Date: In the event of inclement weather, we will notify registrants within 24 hours of the event. A rain date is scheduled for May 6th.
