Join us for our annual Earth Day celebration in the park featuring live music by Shem Creek Boogie Band, food by True Lowcountry and Dough Boyz Pizza Co., face painting, kids craft, educational vendors, native plant giveaway, and tent talks covering a wide variety of environmental topics. Don’t miss your chance to get up close and personal with live animals provided by the South Carolina Aquarium, Edisto Island Serpentarium, as well as the Heron Park Nature Center. It’s sure to be an afternoon of fun for the whole family!

The Kiawah Conservancy is a non-profit organization established in 1997 to preserve the natural habitat of Kiawah Island. It is a holder of land and conservation easements, and as so, acts as a land trust. The mission of the Kiawah Conservancy is to measure, manage, improve, and advocate for the ecological health of Kiawah Island and its environs.
