Join us at Johns Island County Park as we round out Lowcountry Earth Month celebrations with a forest immersion nature walk in the woods and discover the wonderful benefits of our special environment. Along with Sierra Club Robert Luntz Group and Charleston Green Drinks, Elizabeth Brumbach-Mills, a local eco-experience guide, and Jana Davis, MS,RDN functional registered dietitian, invite our community on a unique experience as we immerse ourselves into the sounds, colors, and smells of nature. We’ll learn why these immersions can help us relieve stress symptoms and how it can support our immune system, digestion, hormone balance and improve our overall health.
A tea ceremony will be offered at the end of this experience. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. Spaces are limited; please register to secure your spot. For questions and to register, reach out to Elizabeth Brumbach-Mills at ebrumbach@gmail.com.
** Please note: Johns Island Country Park requests $2 per car to enter. If you do not have a Goldpass Park Pass, please plan to leave $2 in the box as you arrive.
