Trash Pickin’ Tuesday

Join Charleston Waterkeeper for Trash Pickin Tuesdays with DNR SCORE! Every Tuesday afternoon in April, volunteers help go through an area of spread recycled oyster shells to pick out debris that got mixed in when it was recycled. The goal is to leave behind just clean oyster shells that will go back on our shoreline for restoration!

All materials are provided. Please wear close-toed shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. **Volunteers must be at least 10 years old to participate. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Please reply to your confirmation email to let us know if anyone in your group is under 18.**
