Tickets are now on sale for the Land Trust’s Annual Picnic on Saturday, April 27th at Plum Hill Plantation. This property has been protected by the Land Trust since 1995 to preserve the natural habitats and historic values. Enjoy a day of outdoor fun along the Combahee River, delicious food, local drinks, entertainment and self-guided tours of Plum Hill Plantation. This year we are combining our Annual Meeting and Annual Picnic into one large event. Join us as we celebrate our 2018 conservation easement donors and accomplishments that you made possible!
