Wild Reads: November

This month, we will be discussing “I am Blue” by Alice Walker.

In November, we will be offering a 12:00 pm meeting and a 6:00 pm meeting. We invite you to attend whichever meeting best fits your schedule!

Wild Reads is our monthly online reading club that discusses short stories and brief essays which explore our complex relationship to the natural environment. These readings have been selected by Paula Feldman, a long-time friend of LLT and chaired Professor of English at the University of South Carolina. With her expertise in literature and profound passion for conservation and the environment, she will guide us in pondering our human role in the natural world via works by some of our most remarkable and thought-provoking writers.

Meetings will take place via Zoom, with conversation among participants facilitated by Dr. Feldman.

Come join our group and share your perspective! Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month.
