At the meeting members will be voting on a Resolution to approve Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Land Trust. The Amended Bylaws provide that the Land Trust will be governed solely by a perpetual Board of Trustees. These changes have been recommended by the Board of Trustees in order to reflect the growth and future needs of the organization and to allow increased flexibility and responsiveness in its governance.

Members may read the Proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws, the Articles of Amendment, the Notice, the Resolution, and the Letter from Batson L. Hewitt and Elizabeth Hagood regarding the vote at https://www.lowcountrylandtrust.org/members
