On February 12, 2013 Lowcountry Open Land Trust will hold our Annual Meeting to recognize our 2012 Conservation Easement Donors and present A Vision for Regional Conservation. At the meeting members will be voting on a Resolution to approve Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Land Trust. The Amended Bylaws provide that the Land Trust will be governed solely by a perpetual Board of Trustees. These changes have been recommended by the Board of Trustees in order to reflect the growth and future needs of the organization and to allow increased flexibility and responsiveness in its governance.
