Join us for a Farm to Table Supper hosted by the Ambrose Family on Adams Creek

ambroseJoin us for a Farm to Table Supper hosted by the Ambrose Family on Adams Creek

Saturday, June 25th from 6 until 9 o’clock

2414 Rockland Avenue, Wadmalaw Island

Farm to Table has become a widely used term in many food circles. However, for the Land Trust, the term is one that has deep meaning. Many farmers work closely with the Land Trust to steward the land, ensuring that our landscape is healthy and sustained for generations to come. The Ambrose Family is one of our core partners who has placed their farm under conservation easement with the Land Trust.

Their dedication and commitment to our landscape and traditional land uses continues to positively impact our economy, ecosystem, personal health and general way of life in the Lowcountry.

The family is a generational farming family and is generously hosting us at their home on Adams Creek. The supper we will enjoy will be grown and prepared by the Ambroses. They are truly bringing the farm to the table and everything it symbolizes. All proceeds benefit the Land Trust.

We hope that you will join us for this authentic experience as we celebrate our shared commitment to traditional land uses and the important role we have in securing this way of life into the future.
