On Sunday, September 25th from 2:00 until 6:30pm, the South Carolina Historical Society will host “An Afternoon at Hope Plantation” in Jacksonboro, South Carolina.
The afternoon will feature a tour of the house and plantation grounds, including the historic rice fields and a discussion of land use and conservation – past, present and in the future. The evening will conclude with cocktails and sunset views at the hunting lodge of Pon Pon Plantation (bring your lawn chairs!)
The Historical Society invites you to join this exclusive event by making a donation of $100 per person that will go twoard a new SC Historical Society exhibit dedicated to all who work to preserve and protect our state’s natural resources.
