2026 MUSC Greenest Day Festival

The 2026 MUSC Greenest Day Festival is a celebration of Earth & Arbor Days combined! It features environmentally conscious local crafts, farmers, food trucks, music, and non-profits that contribute to healthier lives and a healthier planet. We expect over 40 exhibitors/ vendors at the event and hundreds of MUSC employees, patients, and guests stopping by to visit. There will also be several giveaways and door prizes – in past years we’ve seen everything from chocolate chip cookies to a pink ukelele!

We would love to have you attend and be a part of one of the biggest Earth Day events in the low country. The event will be Thursday, April 16th from 11 AM – 2 PM at the MUSC Colbert Education Center and Library Portico and the Horseshoe.
