GreenGold Expedition: Discover, Tour, and Grab Your Free Compost at Bees Ferry!

Experience firsthand the local transformation of Charleston’s food scraps and yard waste into premium compost at Charleston’s very own Bees Ferry Compost Facility!

McGill Compost will lead a series of identical free community tours at Charleston County’s Bees Ferry Composting Facility on April 20 and May 11, 2024. Choose from tour times at 9am, 10am, and 11am, both days. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes and is a family friendly event open to the public.

Please RSVP for your preferred time slot: 9-9:45 am, 10-10:45 am, and 11-11:45 am


FREE COMPOST! Don’t miss the chance to take home FREE McGill Bees Best Premium Compost at this event! BYOB – Bring Your Own Bucket and fill up to two 5-gallon buckets after the tour.
